ISS VAS-m platform is a universal high-performance software solution for providing additional mobile services (VAS) based on short messages (SMS, MMS, USSD), WAP.

The system provides interaction of content provider with communication network operators, right holders, content providers and other partners.

ISS VAS-m platform maintains the following services:

• content delivery on request to service numbers:

• mailing by subscription (weather forecast, horoscopes, broadcasts etc.);
