ISS VAS-m platform is a universal high-performance software solution for providing additional mobile services (VAS) based on short messages (SMS, MMS, USSD), WAP.

The system provides interaction of content provider with communication network operators, right holders, content providers and other partners.

ISS VAS-m system is represented as a complete solution for technological process maintenance of content provider services provision. The system key appointment is fast and high-quality subscribers’ inquiry processing.

ISS VAS-m platform maintains the following services:
