1. Basic provisions
Current policy of personal data processing has been established in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No.152-FZ “On Personal Data” and determines the order of Tenet LLC (hereinafter Operator) personal data processing and data security activity.
1. Operator sets as its most important aim and condition for realization its activity the respect for human rights and liberties while processing personal data including defense of rights for privacy, personal and family secrets.
2. This Operator’s policy (hereinafter Policy) in respect with the personal data processing applies to all information that Operator can obtain from Tenet LLC website about its visitors.

2. General definitions used in the Policy
1. Automated personal data processing is personal data processing by means of computers;
2. Personal data commitment is interim injunction of personal data processing (except where the processing is necessary for personal data detailed reading);
3. Website is a corpus of graphical and information content as well as computer programs and databases maintaining their availability on the Internet by the network address of the website Tenet LLC;
4. Personal data information system is a corpus of personal data contained in databases and informational technologies and hardware maintaining their processing;
5. Personal data anonymization is an action as a result of which it is impossible to detect personal data’s ownership to particular User or other personal data subject without the use of supplemental information;
6. Processing of personal data is any action (operation) or cumulative actions (operations) operating with the use of the automation technology or without the use of such technology with personal data including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, elaboration (upgrade and update), load, usage, transfer (expansion, delivering, access), anonymization, commitment, demounting, purge of personal data;

Operator is a state body, municipal authority, corporate entity or an individual arranging or processing of personal data on its own behalf or in affiliation with the aliuses as well as determining the aim of personal data processing, the personal data structure to be processed, actions (operations) operating with the personal data;
8. Personal data are any information directly or indirectly related to definite or identifiable User of Tenet LLC website;
9. User is any visitor of Tenet LLC website;
10. Providing personal data is an action directed to disclose personal data to a certain person or a certain group of persons;
11. Dissemination of personal data is any action aimed at personal data disclosing to general public (transfer of personal data) or personal data familiarization by general public including personal data disclosure in the mass media, distribution in information telecommunication networks or access providing to personal data otherways;
12. Cross-border transfer of personal data is personal data transfer to the foreign territory state authority of foreign power, foreign individual or foreign corporate entity;
13. Purge of personal data is any action as a result of which personal data are raped with the impossibility for further restoration of personal data content in the personal data information system and (or) as a result of which personal data physical storages are destroyed.

3. Operator may process the following personal data of the User
1. Full name;
2. Address;
3. E-mail address;
4. Contact phone numbers;
5. The website also collects and processes anonymized personal data about visitors (including “cookies”) with the use of the Internet statistical data services (Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics etc.)
6. Above mentioned data hereinafter referred to as Policy are joined by Personal data general definition.

4. Purposes of personal data processing
1. Purpose of the User personal data processing is informing the User by sending e-mail; execution, performance and termination of the civil law contract.
2. Operator also has the right to direct to the User the notifications about new products and services, special and various events. User may always refuse the delivery informational messages by sending a letter to Operator on info@te-net.io e-mail address with the sign “Refusal to notify about new products, services and special offers”.
3. Anonymized User data collected by means of Internet statistical services are served for User’s actions information collection on the website, enhance the quality of the website and its content.

5. Legal foundation of personal data processing
1. Operator processes the User’s personal data if it is filled in and/or sent by the User independently using special forms on Tenet LLC website. By filling in the appropriate forms and/or sending its personal data to the Operator the User signifies its agreement with this Policy.
2. Operator processes anonymized personal data about the User if it allowed in the browser settings of the User (the storage of “cookies” and the JavaScript technology usage are included).

6. Personal data collecting, storing, transferring and other types of processing procedure
The security of personal data processing by the Operator is guaranteed by the implementation of institutional and technical measures necessary for complying fully applicable statutory requirements relating to personal data protection.
1.Operator maintains security of personal data and takes whatever action is possible for preventing access to personal data by unauthorized person.
2. User’s personal data will never be transferred under any circumstances to the third parties except in cases of the execution of the current legislation.
3. In case of inaccuracy diagnosing in personal data the User may update them independently by sending a letter to the Operator’s e-mail info@te-net.io signed “Updating personal data”.
4. The period of processing is unlimited. The User may at any time revoke its consent to personal data processing sending a letter to the Operator’s e-mail address info@te-net.io signed “Revoke of consent to personal data processing”.

7. Cross-border transfer of personal data
1. Before starting cross-border transfer of personal data the Operator is obliged to make certain of providing reliable protection of personal data subject’s rights by the foreign state to whose territory is supposed personal data to be transferred.
2. Cross-border transfer of personal data on the territory of foreign states which fail to meet the above and foregoing requirements may be implemented only if there is a written consent of the personal data subject for cross-border transfer of its personal data and/or execution of the contract of which party is the personal data subject.

8. Final provisions
1. User may obtain any clarification on issues exercising relating to personal data processing by contacting the Operator via info@te-net.io e-mail address.
2. Herein will be reflected any changes of the personal data processing policy by the Operator. The policy remains in force without limit of time until it is replaced by new version.
3. The Policy current released version is in the public domain on the Internet on the Tenet LLC website.
